It’s just the ticket!
Ticket?
1.A nice cup of coffee would be just the ticket.
The ticket tells you the price of this dress.
I got a ticket for speeding.
在口語中,ticket有「恰好的事情;正合需要的東西或事情」,有個東西來得正是時候時,就可以用Just the ticket或That’s the ticket表示:
It's stuffy in this room. An electric fan would be just the ticket for me.
2. The car was a big-ticket item.
Now the sales have started. It's a great time to buy some big ticket items at a good price.
The sales team is focused on high ticket sales, engaging in personalized consultations and tailored solutions for clients in the luxury real estate market.
(X)Monthly ticket
(O)Monthly pass
一日券
(X)1-day ticket
(O)1-day pass
(X)I'm going to buy a lottery today!
(O)I'm going to buy a lottery ticket today!
I bought a lottery ticket, hoping to hit the jackpot.
